Welcome to Financially Free Women!
Over the years, I have worked in a number of different environments, only to hear the same theme: MONEY!, particularly problems around money.
Early on, working with women in domestic violence situations, it became abundantly clear that most women had limited choices unless they could somehow change their financial circumstances. Years of working in the corporate arena reinforced the theme. Granted, money issues took on different dimensions in that environment, but nonetheless money was still an issue and kept many women in jobs they did not want to be in.
Later, as an alternative healthcare provider, money again was the primary issue for women getting or not getting needed care. And, of course, my own life experience has taught me how money has the potential to affect us.
Money is a theme following us throughout our lives, affecting everything we do. We can improve our financial life when we increase our understanding of money and make the necessary adjustments in how we handle our money.
